The deadline for abstracts is the 30th of November 2025.

Abstracts must be submitted in English through the online abstract submission platform. Abstracts sent in other languages and/or by fax, e-mail or hard copy (paper copy) will not be accepted. Please note that an abstract is considered as submitted when the submission procedure has been completed and the Submit abstract button on the bottom of the webpage is clicked. The online system will then automatically confirm your abstract’s submission and will provide you with an abstract's reference code you should conserve. During your abstract’s online submission, you will be requested to choose the theme of your preference, as well as your preferred type of presentation (oral, workshop or poster). Please note that the Scientific Committee reserves the right to request the change of your abstract presentation type and/or theme according to the PNAE Congress program specifications and needs.
Your abstract should be submitted by 30th of November 2025 at 12.00 pm (Midnight in Europe). Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Your abstract’s corresponding author will be notified of the evaluation procedure’s results on 31st of January 2026. Pre-registration of at least one of your abstract’s authors must be done by 15th of February 2026. This is a prerequisite for inclusion in the Scientific Program and publication in the Congress Material.
Abstract texts should observe the following structure: Introduction and Aims, Methods, Results/Findings and Conclusion. The abstract text must be a maximum of 300 words (not including the title, names, and affiliations). Abstracts with tables or images will not be accepted. Up to three key references can be added at the end of the abstract but they will be counted as part of the 300 words.
The same person may serve as presenting author on up to 2 abstracts for each type of presentation : oral, workshop and poster. If an author wishes to withdraw a submitted abstract, a written request must be sent to the Congress Organizer (c.eury@anpde.asso.fr). Previously Presented/Published Policy : Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other international conference.
Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official Congress publications. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission, before submitting the abstract. Each selected speaker may submit an article covering the content of their presentation to the ANPDE partner journal, Les Cahiers de la Puéricultrice, by sending it to secretariat@anpde.asso.fr before February 6th, 2026. It will be published in the special issue in June-July 2026, after consultation with the journal's editorial board.
The aim of the parallel sessions is to promote individual or team research work on a conference theme related to the practice or activities of paediatric nurses. Each oral presentation lasts 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion with conference participants. This time may be adjusted depending on the number of presentation submitted and accepted (minimum 10 minutes). Coverage of costs : No expenses will be covered by ANPDE. Authors must make their own arrangements in advance to cover the costs of participating in the conference and thus benefit from recognised scientific visibility.
The aim of the posters is to promote individual or team research work on a conférence theme related to the practice or activities of paediatric nurses. A digital display solution is currently being considered. If this solution cannot be implemented, you will be informed of the poster print format. The poster must then be printed by the candidates and comply with the presentation standard for scientific posters. Coverage of costs : No expenses will be covered by ANPDE. Authors must make their own arrangements in advance to cover the costs of participating in the conference and thus benefit from recognised scientific visibility.
The objective of the workshops during the congress is to offer congress participants in-depth theoretical and/or practical training on a particular theme related to the practice of pediatric nurses. These workshops are intended to encourage exchanges with participants (small groups, with prior registration and extra fee). They last 1.5 hours and are offered at the start and end of the day. They can also be an opportunity to present research results, an innovative project, etc. Coverage of costs : When your workshop proposal is accepted, even if this proposal indicates several authors, the ANPDE takes care of: - Registration for the congress for one person, on the day of the workshop - One night's accommodation for one person - Transport costs at the second-class SNCF rate for one person - Lunch of the day for two animators maximum
